Mergers and Acquisitions

SFG’s Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Division confidentially matches owners with qualified buyers of mid-sized manufacturers, distributors, and service companies. We also match owners of growing mid-sized companies with equity investors who can supply the funds that their companies need to grow.

Franchising

SFG offers franchise resale programs for franchisors. Nationwide coverage through the 170+ franchised business broker network of Murphy Business & Financial Corporation with a National Managed Process guided by Bernard Siegel, lifetime certified business intermediary.

SFG also investigates, locates, & finances franchise opportunities for qualified buyers. We also help owners of existing franchises to get the best available market price for their companies.
These opportunities involve both new and existing franchises. They typically require buyers’ cash investments of $15,000 to $750,000.

Assistance with Business Loans

Financing is often the KEY to completing the sale or purchase of a small or mid-sized company. SFG has developed a network of financing sources that assist qualified buyers who wish to acquire companies. These include SBA lenders, conventional lenders, private investment groups, venture capitalists, etc.
